Pampered Stays for Precious Paws

I recently brought my cat to Papa Zou for both grooming and a stay at their cat hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The grooming team did an amazing job—my cat looked so clean and well-kept, and I could tell they handled her with care and patience. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with spacious, clean, and comfortable accommodations. What impressed me the most was the staff’s genuine love for cats. They kept me updated with photos and videos during my cat’s stay, which really put my mind at ease. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make sure every cat is well cared for and happy.

We took our cats to Papa Zou for a two-night stay. They were a bit nervous at first because of the new environment, but the super friendly staff took such good care of them and made sure they felt comfortable. They even sent us lots of pictures, which was a great way to keep us in the loop. Before we picked them up, they got a little spa treatment—smelling amazing and looking so cute when we picked them up. This is definitely our go-to place for our cats whenever we go on holiday!

Been sending my cat to papa zou for more than a year now, and I can say its one of the best places for boarding and grooming in the area! My cat has chronic illness, and they are very caring with him and send me daily video updates during his stay ☺️ My grumpy cat loved the attention from the caretakers, and even ended up gaining weight because he was too comfortable! 😂 Great job papa zou employees! 👍👍👍

Friendly staff & provided useful information about cats. Affordable price. Basic grooming for adult shorthair RM50 only. Upgrade to medicated grooming which is anti-fungal or anti-flea add on RM10 only. Price for shorthair and longhair is different. But still cheaper. Recommended for coming. Surely will repeat next time. Thank you Papa Zou.
