Our experience at Papa Zou Pawville has been a 5 -Star rating, and here's why: * Customer service has never disappoint us, always fast at replying text, keep us updated every single day with video and photos of our cat and the team will always do their best to help in case we need to send our cat not within the shop working hours * Hygiene and cleanliness being maintained very well. The one and only cat boarding house will no pungent smells. The shops interior has top brand air purifier and air filter. During pick-up, our cat never smells bad. It is always in a good state, more often better state then when we send on first day. * Customer friendly system. The shop made it easy for us in terms of payment, sending and pickup up the cat process, flexibility to adjust on schedule and changing the packages and contacting the team * Product used for bathing, cleaning the cats are top products, expensive medicated shampoos ensuring your cat maintained and groomed well. * Muslim friendly shops, does not mixing or allow dogs to be board that * Privacy in terms of not mixing your cat with another cat from different owner, the shop will provide a specific time for each cats to play around the shop alone, within grouping other cat to avoid from flea infection, fungus from another cat * Play toys and equipment at the shops are excellent as well making my cat enjoy his stay there, always. My review are based on 5 cat boarding shops in the surrounding area. Papa Zou Pawville remains the no.1 spot. Don't look at the price Papa Zou charge, but the service they provide. If you need 5-Star services, there is a price for that. And for us, it is the right price.

I recently brought my cat to Papa Zou for both grooming and a stay at their cat hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The grooming team did an amazing job—my cat looked so clean and well-kept, and I could tell they handled her with care and patience. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with spacious, clean, and comfortable accommodations. What impressed me the most was the staff’s genuine love for cats. They kept me updated with photos and videos during my cat’s stay, which really put my mind at ease. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make sure every cat is well cared for and happy.

We took our cats to Papa Zou for a two-night stay. They were a bit nervous at first because of the new environment, but the super friendly staff took such good care of them and made sure they felt comfortable. They even sent us lots of pictures, which was a great way to keep us in the loop. Before we picked them up, they got a little spa treatment—smelling amazing and looking so cute when we picked them up. This is definitely our go-to place for our cats whenever we go on holiday!

Been Papa Zou’s loyal customer because they truly care about my cats. The staffs are incredibly helpful, offering great advice on aftercare when I asked about flea treatment, and even assisting with carrying the cats. The lion cut they provide is always beautifully done. Plus, the free pet taxi service on weekends is such a convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants the best for their cat-boss! 👍🏼

Been sending my cat to papa zou for more than a year now, and I can say its one of the best places for boarding and grooming in the area! My cat has chronic illness, and they are very caring with him and send me daily video updates during his stay ☺️ My grumpy cat loved the attention from the caretakers, and even ended up gaining weight because he was too comfortable! 😂 Great job papa zou employees! 👍👍👍

So clean and suitable for cats, grooming is best, staff so kind and friendly with cats. Price so good and fair. Mr Zul, the owner is a real cat lover, ans support every things about your cat. I find accidently papa zou and now I am a regular customer. My cat lives this shop and staffs. Also he guid me to a best vet for vaccination and other treatments. Thanks Mr Zul.

Friendly staff & provided useful information about cats. Affordable price. Basic grooming for adult shorthair RM50 only. Upgrade to medicated grooming which is anti-fungal or anti-flea add on RM10 only. Price for shorthair and longhair is different. But still cheaper. Recommended for coming. Surely will repeat next time. Thank you Papa Zou.

Just sent my 3 munchkins for medicated grooming and my cats are much more calmer now. Great service from the staff and the place is very spacious and clean. Will come again for next grooming session. The price range is also very affordable. Highly recommend!!!
